Refund Policy

Understanding Our Commitment to Fair Practices

1. General Policy

At Varsity Lodge, we strive to provide the best possible accommodation experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund might be requested. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Varsity Lodge Management reserves the right to deny refunds in the following situations:

  • Cancellation of booking after the specified deadline
  • No-show without prior notice
  • Eviction due to violation of lodge rules and regulations
  • Damage to lodge property exceeding the security deposit
  • Early termination of the lease agreement by the tenant

3. Refund Process

In cases where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may occur. In cases of severe illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact our management team for consideration of a special refund request.

Please note: All refund requests are subject to review by Varsity Lodge Management. The decision of the management is final and binding in all refund-related matters.
