Understanding Your Agreement with Varsity Villa

1. Accommodation Agreement

By accepting accommodation at Varsity Villa, you agree to:

Abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Varsity Villa
Pay all fees and charges on time
Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of your assigned living space
Respect the rights and privacy of other residents

2. Code of Conduct

All residents must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes:

No illegal activities on the premises
Maintaining quiet hours
No unauthorized guests
Proper use of common areas and facilities

3. Termination of Agreement

Varsity Villa reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement if:

The resident violates any terms of this agreement
Fees are not paid on time
The resident engages in behavior that endangers others or damages property

4. Liability

Varsity Villa is not liable for:

Loss or damage to personal property
Injuries sustained due to resident negligence
Disruptions in services due to circumstances beyond our control

By residing at Varsity Villa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Varsity Villa reserves the right to amend these terms, with notice provided to all residents.
